Subscription Information for 2016-17

Hello Junior,

At the recent AGM, subscriptions were approved for the new year 2016-17 (1st October through 30th September 2017).

New enrolments and membership renewals are now being accepted. A copy of the Enrolment Form, in both Word and PDF formats, is attached; you will also find the form on our website otumoetaitennis.co.nz under 'How to Join'.

The Enrolment Form has bank details for on-line payments.

OTC: Cardio Tennis with Paul Bell

Paul is doing Cardio Tennis sessions on a Tuesday and Friday from 7am to 8am.

Sessions are $20 (Eftpos now available at the club) with sessions restricted to a maximum of 6 participants. Buy a members-only loyalty card ... Buy 5 and get the 6th FREE!

OTC Juniors: More Junior Info ...

What a fun but hectic week it has been with the AIMS games activities. Apart from being a tennis helper and fan, I was also a very proud soccer Aunty! Congratulations to all of you that participated!

OK ... further to the information I sent you last week regarding our upcoming season ...

OPEN DAYS:
There is plenty for you to find out about ... Junior Academy Group Coaching, Friday Club Pizza Night, Saturday Club Days, Junior Tennis Holiday Camps, Super Sunday Club Tournaments, Racket Re-Stringing, Cardio Tennis, Tennis Xpress, Private Lessons ...

Wednesdays: September 14 and 21 from 6-8pm
Fridays: September 16 and 23 from 3:30-5:30pm
Saturday: September 17 from 10am-4pm

Ashleigh Harvey and Caelan Potts will be coming down on the Saturday to help Paul. Come and meet these 2 promising players.

MEMBERSHIP:
Fees for the 2016-2017 playing season are due October 1. There has been an increase this year ...
Family: $534
Married Couple: $406
Senior: $220
Student: $165
Junior: $140
Junior 2nd/3rd Child in family: $130

INTERCLUB:
The Pre-Xmas season starts on Saturday October 29. I will need your names by Friday October 14 so I can get the teams to the competition organizers by Monday October 17. The sooner I know, the sooner I can get this done! There is a sign up sheet on the junior notice board or you can email me at juniors@otumoetaitennis.co.nz If you are not sure PLEASE PLEASE talk to me at the Open Days. Remember also that we need parents as team managers for each team. No team manager means no team. I provide you with assistance and everything you will need.

OTC Juniors: Time to get ready for tennis ...

Hi All
Let me begin by wishing our AIMS Games participants a great week. I have already seen Ethan Landon running at the cross country and I believe Ashton Blair and his rock bank will be entertaining you all at the Opening Ceremony. Good luck!

Please take the time to look at the attached information brochures that our new coach Paul Bell has put together to explain his plans for you all. I'll be in touch towards the end of next week with more information.
