Otumoetai Help needed-Queen's Birthday Sat/Sun

Hello ,

OTC needs some additional assistance for the Legacy Funerals Queen's Birthday Weekend Tournament we are hosting this Saturday/Sunday.

This event has always been an extremely popular event, and we have a very strong reputation for our 'hosting'. We have entries for 90+ players on Saturday, and 50+ on Sunday, the majority of which are from outside Tauranga.

Unfortunately, 3 (and possibly 4) of our members who originally volunteered to help have had to cancel out due to illness or family emergencies.

We urgently need your help to make this event a continuing success (and fund-raiser for the Club). Please contact Fred Kleve at 544-5088, or fredkleve@yahoo.com, if you are able to provide a half-day of help on either Saturday or Sunday. Your assistance will be deeply appreciated.

Just a few of your hours would help to spread the load for YOUR club.

Also, please remember that Senior Club Day tennis this weekend is on Monday at 1:00 pm. Thank you.

Fred Kleve

Club Captain
