Points of interest:
WBOP Prizegiving - April 10 at Mt Tennis Club starting at 6:00pm.
OTC Junior Breakup and Prizegiving - April 11 starting at 9:00am with fun tennis. Prize giving to start at 11:30am.
Post Xmas Interclub Results.
Interclub Shirts to be returned please.
Club Champs currently underway and hopefully finished this week.

OTC Juniors: Interclub Shirts

Hi Junior Members,

Now that interclub has finished for the season, please could you return your club shirts. Don't worry, we will be reissuing them next season!

Tomorrow at Wednesday Club Coaching would be a great time to start bringing them in OR at the Prize Giving which is scheduled for April 11.

If you have already returned yours, there is no need for you to tell me this as this email is being sent to ALL OTC juniors.

OTC Tennis: WBOP Junior Winter Teams Competition

I am forwarding you this information on behalf of Mark Crowther, the Junior Convenor at Tauranga Lawn Tennis Club who with Luis Luna (coach at TL) is organizing this Junior Winter Teams Competition.

WBOP Junior Winter Teams Competition

The ever popular WBOP Winter Teams Competition begins next term on Friday 24th April.

It is open to all juniors in WBOP. The competition has ten graded teams of four players, with each team member playing one singles and one doubles match every Friday might.

Matches start at 4pm and finish around 5.30pm, all at Tauranga Lawn.

If you would like to be considered for a team or as a reserve, please give your name to Luis or Mark. The cost is $55 per player payable directly to Luis. Luis's bank account number 12 3217 0142513 00. Please put your name in the reference.

OTC Juniors: Prizegiving Prizes

Hi Junior Members,

This email is directed at our parents …

With the Junior Prizegiving scheduled for April 11, I am asking if any of you work for, OR own businesses that would be willing to sponsor/donate prizes for our Junior Prizegiving.

Our club is generous in that it provides cash prizes for the Club Champs for Champion, Runner Up and Consolation Winners. Our club also provides the sausage sizzle and drinks for all attendees. This is in addition to the certificates and trophies that are engraved.

Jason has once again approached Babolat for prizes and in the past they have been generous in this regard although, there are not always enough for each awardee to receive something.

So, if you are able to help out or for further information, please contact me. All contributions would be gratefully appreciated.

2014-15 Club Champs Men's/Ladies Singles

Hello ,

The Club Champs Men's and Ladies Singles for 2014-15 will be held on 11th and 12th (if necessary) April 2015. Reporting time is 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, for a 1:00 pm start. We will also try to have a "Social Grade", in addition to the regular Competitive Grade, to encourage more participation.

A Sign-up Sheet will be posted on the Senior Bulletin Board in the Clubhouse downstairs area tonight. If you wish to enter, please put your names on the Sign-up Sheet, or e-mail/call Fred at clubcaptain@otumoetaitennis.co.nz/544-5088.

Juniors of suitable ability are eligible and encouraged to enter this competition - if you have a question about whether this is for you, please ask Fred or Jason.

OTC Juniors: Extra Hotshots Coaching Sessions

Hi Junior Members,

This is to you remind you of our ADDITIONAL Hotshots Coaching sessions (for those of you that come along for coaching on a Saturday morning).

The first will be tomorrow Friday March 13. The second will be next week on Friday March 20.

Times:
Red Stage: 3:30 to 4:30 (The Sat 9 oclock session)
Orange Stage: 4:30 to 5:30 (The Sat 10 oclock session)
Green Stage: 5:30 to 6:30 (The Sat 11 oclock session)

There will still be Saturday Hotshots sessions on Saturday March 14 and Saturday March 21.
