Term 1 Junior Tennis Start Dates.

WEDNESDAY INTERCLUB TRAINING
Term 1 Wednesday afternoon/ evening Interclub training starts back Wednesday 30th January.

SATURDAY MORNING GROUP LESSONS

The Otumoetai Tennis Club is holding tournaments on the first two Saturdays back this term. Due to this, we are rescheduling Saturday morning group lessons for juniors to be held on Friday 1st Feb and Friday 8th Feb. Normal Saturday lessons will recommence on Saturday 16th Feb.

Please note the following rescheduled times for Friday 1st and 8th February.

9am Saturday group from 3.30-4.30pm Friday
10am Saturday group from 4.30-5.30pm Friday
11am/12pm Saturday groups from 5.30-6.30pm Friday

LEGACY FUNERALS OTUMOETAI JUNIOR TOURNAMENT

A reminder that entries for the above tournament close 3rd February so make sure you don't miss out. Entry forms are on our website or at the club.

Any parents who are able to help in the kitchen or with baking for the tournament weekend please email Megan Sussex, Mogs@xtra.co.nz

Important Notice Otumoetai Tennis Junior Interclub

Hi ,

There is another round of Junior Interclub commencing on Saturday 23rd February. It will run for 4 weeks.
The following Team Managers have advised me of their availability and if you were a player in one of their team's pre Xmas DO NOT RESPOND to this email, I already have your availability for Interclub noted.

If you were a junior interclub player in a team not mentioned above and you are available and would like to continue playing, please reply to this email by 1st FEBRUARY so we can place you in a team.
If you were a Team Manager (and missed my previous email) and would like to continue managing a team please also reply to this email by 1st FEBRUARY.

OTC Senior Tennis Dates and events

Hello ,

Happy New Year to all, and we hope everyone is ready for the upcoming tennis competitions.

The 2013 Twilight Mixed Doubles competition has been announced. Play will start approximately mid-February and last until the end of April. A playing team for an individual match will be 2 male and 2 female players, with Men's and Ladies doubles matches followed by 2 mixed doubles matches. Team Rosters may consist of up to 8 players. Team Rosters have to be submitted by 1st February, and a signup sheet has been posted on the Club Bulletin Board.

Also, the 2012-13 Club Champs will be played in February and March 2013, starting with the Mixed Doubles on 16th/17th February. The Men's/Ladies Doubles will be played on 16th/17th March, and the Men's/Ladies Singles on 23rd/24th March. A signup sheet for the first event, the Mixed Doubles, has been posted on the Club Bulletin Board.
