Adult Tennis Fit with Jason-WEDNESDAYS

Hi again,

Yes Jason is still continuing through winter and get another night of exercise that will improve your fitness and your tennis.

LAST WEEK there was only a small group so they got some personal coaching, and they all ended up commenting on how warm it was afterwards. That was that really cold Wednesday night that people indoors complained about!

Come along this Wednesday 4th July
None on Wednesday 11th July, as Jason is away.
Back on again weekly 18th July onwards

Continue with Jason's group on WEDNESDAY evenings from 5.30 to 7.00, followed by one social drink afterwards to "talk it through"

So come along and see what it is about, the content varies each week. Where to be, and when to lob or volley and how to defend. As well as the theory there was lots of practice, to test the theory.
Jason is ONLY CHARGING $10 PER SESSION
So this will leave you $4 for a drink at the bar, when we socialise afterwards, or just towards your next session.
If you enjoyed it then suggest to a friend or workmate to join you next week.
If you missed out then come along next week, remember there is no commitment to be there every week, and you only have to work as hard as you feel comfortable with.
Please rebook, by Monday, for next Wednesday, if you forget to book, just role on up.

Last week we concentrated on the throw for the 1st and 2nd serve, doubles - where to be, and when to lob or volley and how to defend. As well as the theory there was lots of practice, to test the theory.

ONLY $10 PER SESSION (plus extra for the drink of course)

KIDS – get your parents to improve their tennis. I cater for all levels.
